Positive: There are no other hotels for miles so it if fortunate that this one is clean and comfortable. Evening meal was not being served at the restaurant but their restaurant a 10 minute walk was perfectly acceptable.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: The view from the bedroom was beautiful.

Negative: The facilties advertise the hotel has a restaurant.. When we stayed, we were told the restaurant was located 10 mins away but could order a takeaway. Spare Ribs and Chicken fillet was ordered. 5 minutes later, we were told that due to a problem with sprinkler systems, we could only have pizza. 2 margaritas were ordered, but we got ham, mushroom, and black olives. Not what we wanted. But we were starving by now, picked off mushrooms and olives, and ate one of the pizzas. It was not a good meal after a long day travelling by motorcycle. Very disappointed with the meal. The shower/wet room soaked everywhere, and the only way to stop water seeping under the bathroom door into the bedroom was to put a bath towel along the bottom of the door. We had to share a bath towel... not a good situation. All in all, there are a few problems that need to be addressed to make this hotel better. The location and views were good.

Positive: + One of the best breakfast buffets in two weeks of travelling through Norway + Friendly staff

Negative: - Room was on the warm side, even with the window fully open - Interior feels dated, even though it does not seem that old - Price while booking months ahead was € 30 more than current price, which seems counterintuitive (and to be honest, too much)

Summary: Unexplainably big hotel in a small town, with an excellent breakfast
